Where in the World is Sprite Creations?

I'm excited to be returning to Twin Cities Pagan Pride, which is this coming weekend from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sunday! It was a fabulous show last year and promises to be excellent this year!
Come on down and look at the new creations, hand-made soaps, essential oils, photos, cards, artwork, and more!
It is not too soon to ponder supporting local artisans and purchasing hand-made creations for the upcoming Winter Holiday season!
Details are here

Also, this will be there!
Title: Blessed Be
Ingredients: Hand-crafted ceramic focal and brass (including filagree), hand-dyed silk, hemp, aluminum, Czech-pressed glass.

New Creation!

Title: The Mechanics of Infinity
The chain link pattern has been called "mobius strip", which is the symbol of infinity, as is the clasp.
I wanted to create 'chain mail steampunk' as these two concepts seem made for each other.
Ingredients: old watch parts, sterling silver, base metal.

Next up: Resin!

Keying the Gears

The show at J.S. Bean Factory was a good time! The morning was relatively busy and the lulls in the afternoon were filled with the excellent company of friends and some browsers!
It turns out that being one of the later vendors to pack up has unexpected advantages in last-minute adoptions!
YAY!

Which brings me to the theme (and title and creation) that you see above. Each show brings an opportunity to organize processes both at-show and in-studio upon each return. We always return with more ideas, suggestions and !happily! usually with commissions or custom requests. What I'm focusing on though is on tweaking what is in place, adjusting and sometimes stepping outside the process or adding another gear-set (as it were) in developing all of this into the full magnificence I've envisioned.
I suspect this will be an on-going journey.
Thank you for joining me on it!

What You Missed and What You May Find...

at the show on Saturday and at the 1st Bean Factory Artist Market this Saturday from 10am to 5pm. JS Bean Factory, Randolph and Saratoga, Saint Paul, MN, USA

Gifts From The Sea

The show on Saturday was pretty well attended, especially in the morning, though there were at least a few big art fairs in nearby towns. I had a chance to meet and chat with the other artists during the lulls. However, I dressed for 80 degrees with a slightly chilly rain/damp all day. Which is not what the weather was. And so was exhausted upon arriving home and immediately changed into cooler clothes. Food and relaxing were the order of the evening!

I am looking forward to this week of creation and another show this Saturday!
